Uncertainty: Risk Loom for Immigration
BC Law Professor and Rappaport Center Faculty Director Daniel Kanstroom recently discussed immigration enforcement, birthright citizenship, and DACA in a Boston College Chronicle interview. Kanstroom and immigration scholar Hiroshi Motomura, Susan Westerberg Prager Professor of Law at UCLA School of Law, will discuss the impact of the Trump Administration's immigration policies on states and municipalities at a Rappaport event on March 28.
