Nerea Palma is a PhD Candidate in Political Science with specialization in Comparative Politics and Research Methods, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Her research interests are related to political participation, public opinion, institutional design, and political representation in Latin America. Nerea has worked as a research assistant in several projects on topics such as electoral analysis of congressional elections in Chile, turnout in Chile and Latin America, and the link between democracy and political participation, among others. She has also worked as a chair professor in electoral analysis and public opinion, as well as in research methodology.
