Profile

Professor Boor joined the philosophy faculty in 2023. Previously she taught at Fordham University, where she completed her dissertation on medieval theories of conscience. Her current project focuses on how to teach medieval women authors as philosophical writers, rather than as mystics or contemplatives.  As a Professor of the Practice she is not eligible to direct dissertations, but she is happy to serve as a reader for projects on medieval philosophy.
