You will receive your requested PNL(s) via BC email .

You are responsible for distributing the letter(s) to the professors/instructors.

 

 

Please Note

  • This form is for CFLC students who have been approved for accommodations.
  • If you work with Rory Stein at the Disability Services Office (DSO), you need to reach out to the DSO Office for your letters.
