7.) Once you have clicked on "Confirm/Edit" it will bring you to the "Test / Exam Information" page. This page has 4 parts to it.
Part 1. Test Details: In this section you will be able to view the information your student has put in for the booking. Please do not alter any information in this section. If the information is not correct you will be able to notify us in an upcoming step.
Part 2: Students: In this section you will be able to see any students who have already successfully signed up on ClockWork to take your exam.

If you have questions about the booking you need to click on the option "I have questions about the request" and then click "next".
Note: If you do not want the student to take the exam on that date and time, contact Mary Rajner via email or stop by the CFLC to have the booking cancelled.

If the length of time your class is getting to complete the exam is not listed you would click on "other" and input it in the area labeled "Specify".
NOTE: The CFLC checks the length of time for each booking for accuracy.
Next you will come to the section where you are asked to input any specific instructions "special considerations and instructions". This is where you give your detailed instructions for the CFLC.
For example: If your exam is online this is where you would state that and supply any login information the student may need to take the online exam. This area is also used to indicate if the student is allowed notes, tables, calculators, books etc.
Next you will click on either "yes" or "no" for the final three questions.
NOTE: The CFLC does not share the contact information for a professor.
Part 4: Submit Changes: In part four you will look over the information you and the student have input into the test booking system.
At the bottom of the page you will upload your quiz/test/exam. You can upload multiple documents by clicking on browse again. Once you are done you will click on "Submit changes".
If you would like to print a copy of the document you can do so by clicking on "please print for your records" located at the bottom left.
