The application for the 2026 Ever to Excel program is now open.

Note: We recommend applying during Round 1 for the best chance to be accepted to the program.
Application Process
- Fill out personal information, school information, and application details section.
- If applicable, complete the Financial Assistance request.
- Complete two required reflection questions. Each answer should be 400 words or fewer.
- Fill out parent/guardian information section.
- Review application and submit.
- Visit your Application Status Portal to upload the required headshot photograph.
- Application decisions will be sent by email.
- After acceptance to the program, participants will confirm their spot in the program by filling out a Decision Reply Form and paying a $100 non-refundable deposit. Following the deposit, the participant will receive access to the required registration forms and other important program information.

Required Forms
Participants attending Ever to Excel are required to submit the following forms. The forms are due by May 4, 2026.
Participants will receive access to the forms in their Application Status Portals following payment of the deposit.

Information Sessions
We are offering virtual information sessions for parents, high school/parish staff, and students interested in learning more about the Ever to Excel summer program for high school students.
During the Information Session, you will have the opportunity to:
- Hear more about the Ever to Excel experience and what makes it a unique and enriching opportunity for high school students
- Gain an overview of Ever to Excel's structure and key features
- Learn about the application process and financial aid opportunities
