Move Together, Flourish Together

As part of the university-wide Flourishing Together initiative, Campus Recreation invites you to join us for a week of fitness programming designed to reduce barriers, foster connection, and help every participant feel like they belong. Whether you’re new to working out or looking to reconnect, this is your invitation to move with us.

Monday, October 6

  • Equipment Orientation
    12:00–1:00pm
    • Meet at 2nd Floor Personal Training Studio
    • Get to know our fitness equipment with a personal trainer. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a refresher.
  • Intro to Yoga
    4:00–5:00pm
    • MPRA
    • A welcoming introduction to yoga basics, designed for first-timers and those reconnecting with their practice.

Tuesday, October 7

  • Equipment Orientation
    8:00–9:00am
    • Meet at 2nd Floor Personal Training Studio
    • Get to know our fitness equipment with a personal trainer. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a refresher.
  • Res Walk Meetup
    5:00pm
    • Meet outside MCRC
    Take a walk around the Res with fellow Eagles.

  • Intro to Cycling

    A beginner-friendly introduction to cycling. Learn the basics of bike setup and enjoy a guided ride experience.
