About

Approved Electives and Focus Areas

Students complete six courses for the minor.

  1. Managing for Social Impact (BSLW 3345): the first core class meant to be taken early on in your Minor)
  2. Leading for Social Impact BSLW 6001): the final core class, taken in the spring of senior year and which includes an off-site practicum
  3. 12 credits from a basket of approved elective courses that span across the university. Check for the current elective offerings

The specific courses approved for electives at the link below are reviewed and updated regularly. Students are advised to check the course offerings carefully in planning their program as not all the elective courses are offered each year.
