Marc Spooner is a health care executive with strategy, P&L, and functional capabilities. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of Point32Health, the health insurer formed through the merger of Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Prior to the merger, Mr. Spooner worked with the Tufts Health Plan Board and CEO on the strategic rationale for the merger and then led the business due diligence and pre-merger integration planning. He held various roles at Tufts Health Plan including EVP of Commercial and Government Products (P&L responsibility for Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid products), SVP of Health Care Services (responsibility for provider contracting, pharmacy, and clinical operations), and VP of Strategy.
Prior to Tufts Health Plan, Mr. Spooner worked at Deloitte Consulting, where he served health care clients on strategy and operational engagements.
