Profile

Lawrence Fulton earned his Ph.D. in Management Science and Information Systems as well as his M.S. in Statistics from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds four other graduate degrees and certifications in multiple disciplines. Dr. Fulton retired from the U.S. Army Medical Department after attaining the rank of colonel. He is also retired from Texas State University after the award of tenure and promotion to full professor. Larry has about 100 publications and enjoys teaching and researching with students.
