The Dean of Students Office strives to ensure that all students feel welcome, that they belong and have access to the full educational experience at Boston College.
Through the Disability Services Office, we provide disability-related accommodations for students with medical, physical, psychiatric and temporary disabilities and address issues of accessibility across campus.
Through our Student Outreach and Support team, we provide direct support to students, consult with community members who are concerned about students and collaborate with campus partners to ensure students receive coordinated support.

Cultivating Care
We provide direct support to students, consult with community members who are concerned about students, and collaborate with campus partners to ensure students receive coordinated support.
Students returning to & from BC for any reason, including a leave of absence, transfer, or University withdrawal, can receive assistance and guidance through the process with our Dean of Students Support Team.
Sometimes there are situations where students behave in ways that are concerning to themselves or others, or are disruptive to the campus environment. We are here to help offer support and work with our campus partners to address the behaviors.
It can be confusing to navigate the number of on-campus resources. Whether you are seeking academic assistance, physical or mental health concerns, or navigating a family & life crisis, the Dean of Students Support Team can help connect you with the appropriate resource to meet individual needs, no matter your concerns.
We are not the right resource for all situations, but if you are unsure where to turn for help, we are happy to help ensure that you are connected to the best resource for your concern.
