Members of our community work closely together across programs and disciplines, helping each other develop as individuals, professionals, and lifelong learners. Our faculty and staff regularly meet with students one-on-one to offer personalized guidance on their studies, passions, and career trajectories.

A variety of learning and leadership opportunities further enrich the academic experience. These include a strong emphasis on connecting management learning with the arts and sciences. Outside the classroom, students engage with one another through hundreds of events, countless service opportunities, plus more than 300 student-run clubs and organizations across campus.

The spirit of collaboration continues after graduation through our robust alumni network, where more than 180,000 Boston College graduates offer valuable professional connections and career advice to Carroll School students through a variety of programs.
