Agnieszka Kierner is an award-winning educator, entrepreneur, and investor. She effectively combines her academic experience and 25 years of professional experience in the areas of strategic management, investing, creating and running startups, talent management, and leadership development. In her teaching, she focuses on connecting academia with the business world, and is known for her practical and highly empirical teaching style. Her classes are a combination of lectures, case studies, group work, and assignments that go far beyond theoretical knowledge.
Professor Kierner teaches Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resources Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
