The William F. Connell School of Nursing at Boston College welcomes qualified applicants for tenure-track and tenured academic appointments within the Connell School of Nursing. Successful applicants will have a record of producing and disseminating research papers and scholarly work, experience in teaching, and demonstrated colleagueship needed in the academic community. Tenure Track Assistant Professor

Faculty Roles & Responsibilities: All teaching workloads include evaluation of outcome data, as well as evaluation of policies and curriculum. This requisite evaluation of student achievement in nursing competencies is a fundamental component of all School of Nursing faculty’s curriculum design and implementation. Without exception, curriculum design, evaluation, and an ability to develop the school’s nursing curriculum plan are considered necessary to maintaining and enhancing educational excellence. Additionally, participation in governance is a necessary component of all faculty roles and responsibilities.
