You'll find enhanced features, including:
- A more attractive and adaptable user experience: This website grants corporate citizenship professionals mobile-friendly access to best-in-class resources and services 24/7, from whichever device they choose.
- An extensive, easy-to-search digital resource library: Now, visitors can search thousands of company examples, insights from top leaders, and videos outlining effective CSR programs using a dedicated resource library. Members have additional access to the Center's research reports, webinars, and briefs of emerging regulations and seminal research findings from the best journals in the field.
- Seamless access to insights and networking opportunities with corporate citizenship leaders and peers: It's easier than ever for visitors to learn more about in-person and online executive education courses, member benefits, and the annual International Corporate Citizenship Conference.
While some content in our corporate citizenship resource library is free—including The Corporate Citizen magazine articles, videos, research summaries, and infographics— individuals from member companies have additional access to research reports, webinars, Research Briefs, Regulatory Radar, and more.
To access these pages, members should log in using the business email address associated with their member company. Remember, membership is company-wide; if you work at a member company and would like access, please contact us. To log in Scroll up and click LOG IN in the top right corner of any page on ccc.bc.edu.
With the relaunch of ccc.bc.edu in July 2017, we've improved and expanded our digital resource library, organized to help you find best practices, current articles, and member-exclusive research. To access the resource library, you'll need to create a new password—as we have upgraded our login system for added security and ease of use.
Please note that the new login system is for members to view member-exclusive resources. Non-members cannot access member-exclusive content and do not need to log in.
Scroll up and click LOGIN in the top right corner of any page on ccc.bc.edu. This will open a Resource Library Login screen. You can also login from any page containing member-exclusive content by clicking the Log in link.
Enter your business email address and password, then click LOG IN > to gain access to member-exclusive content in the resource library. If you forgot your password, please see the answer below.
Please view the Member List to see if your company is a member. Anyone from a member organization can access the resource library—as well as all member benefits. If you have any questions about the benefits you receive as a member of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, please contact your account manager or ccc@bc.edu.

If you have a new email address, we will update your information in our system and you will receive a verification email confirming your updated address.
Please contact us directly at ccc@bc.edu with the names and email addresses of the people you would like to grant resource library access. We will add their information to our system, and shortly after they will receive a welcome message confirming their email address which will allow them to log into the resource library.
The member community is still located at its original URL: http://bccorporatecitizenmembers.org. It's also accessible via the Member Community section of the website.
The Corporate Citizenship blog is now called Corporate Citizenship Perspectives and still located at its original URL: http://corporatecitizenship.bc.edu. It's also accessible via the “Corporate Citizenship Perspectives” link at the top right of every page on the website.
You can still post and browse corporate citizenship roles on the Job Listings page. This page is also accessible via the Member Community section of the website.
Yes! With the relaunch of ccc.bc.edu in July 2017, all of our page URLs have been re-written to better describe the page you're visiting—for example, http://ccc.bc.edu/about refers to our About page.
Rest assured: We have set up URL redirects for corresponding pages so that your old bookmarks and saved links should still bring you to the right place on our website.
Sometimes our member emails are blocked by company spam filters. If you are experiencing issues with our emails being blocked, please forward this email one-pager to your IT department, as it contains IP addresses and best practices to get us back on your safe sender list.
