Spotlight on You
Morgan Stanley's Chief Human Resources Officer Mandell Crawley’s career story was featured on the company's LinkedIn page, which started with an internship 27 years ago. "I was working in an environment where no one looked the way I looked, but the level of emotional intelligence, warmth, and inclusiveness played a huge role in my ability to operate in an industry like ours with confidence," said Crawley in a video. "My story is not unique—there are plenty of colleagues here who have not come from privilege but have gone on to serve in roles of great influence across the business."
