Introducing the NEW BCCCC Online Member Community
The Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship is excited to launch an improved user experience for our widely popular Online Member Community, making it even easier and more seamless for members to connect to each other candidly on big corporate social responsibility topics.
About BCCCC's Online Member Community
For years, BCCCC’s Online Member Community has served thousands of CSR professionals as a hub of practitioner knowledge, where members can ask questions in a safe, private forum about pressing topics in their day-to-day work and connect with peers about answers. These aspects of the online community will remain the same—and now that process just got easier with new functionality that will better facilitate members’ valuable conversations. Access the new Online Member Community here!
On the updated platform, you can look forward to:
- Refreshed look and feel, making it easier to find the topics and people that can best help answer your CSR questions.
- Seamless sign-in experience, using the same login credentials members already use to access content on our website.
- Improved interaction tools, including the ability to “like” posts and build out more robust personal profiles.
- The same valuable conversations and networking you need to be successful at work!
Transitioning from the Old to the New Online Community
For those members who are familiar with the Online Member Community, all of your recent conversations are still accessible on the refreshed platform. Most of your profile data will also be ported over.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Prior online community members should be aware that images will NOT come over in the transition process. To help make this forum as robust and inviting as possible, we ask that you please update a current head shot as soon as you're able to log in. Now may also be a good time to update your job titles and other key data points.
If you’ve never accessed the community—now is the perfect time to start. The Online Member Community is a safe space where you can post (or answer!) questions about community involvement, disaster relief, equity and inclusion, environmental sustainability, and more, and get insights from peers in the field.
Here are some popular conversations that members can jump in on right now:
- Support for Ukraine
- Employee Survey
- Tracking Volunteer Time
- Employee Giving
- Carbon Footprint Consultant
- Grantmaking related to Women/Girls, People of Color and LGBTQ+
Or start your own new thread! Access the new Online Member Community here. You may also find the following answers helpful before your first visit:
- How do I log in to the new online member community?
- Will my old password work? How do I reset my password?
- How do I navigate/update my profile/adjust my settings?
The Online Member Community is one of our most valued member benefits, so I do hope you take advantage of this valuable resource. Not a member and interested in joining? Contact us about companywide membership and start accessing resources like this one today.
