UK becomes third country to sign ILO Forced Labor Protocol
In January 2016, the UK government ratified the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) 2014 Protocol to the Forced Labour Convention, 1930. The UK joins Niger and Norway as early adopters of the new rules.
